Enterキーを押したままの状態になって困っています。先日まで普通に動いていたＰＣが、突然Enterキーを押したままの状態（固定キーの状態）になってしまいました。Windowsは普通に立ち上がり、デスクトップも正常に表示されます。その後、デスクトップのショートカットをワンクリックすると即座に選択され、ソフトが立ち上がったり、ファイルが開きます。エクセルやワードが開くと、ひたすら改行されていったり、セルの移動が続いて止まりません。Shiftキーのロック解除のように何回か押すなど解除する方法はないでしょうか？ユーザー補助のオプションを開こうとしても、Enterキー固定状態のため、うまく開きません。データだけでも緊急避難できれば、再セットアップも考えるのですが、これまたEnterキー固定状態のためコピーすらできません。どうかお知恵をお借りしたく。よろしくお願いします。

仕事で使っているデスクトップのＥｎｔｅｒキー２種類の件でどなたかご教授下さい。新製品などの登録を確認する為に見込み画面で自動にチェックをしてＥｎｔｅｒキーを押すと１つずつ製品名が切り替わるのですが、文字打ちをする際の右側にあるＥｎｔｅｒキーでは反応せず、テンキー側のＥｎｔｅｒキーでは反応します。この２つの違いは何でしょうか。プログラムの際にテンキー側のＥｎｔｅｒキーのコードが選択されているって事ですか。気になってしょうがないのでどなたかお判りになられましたらご教授下さい、宜しくお願い致します。
